DTF transfers are full-color heat-applied designs printed on specialized film. They deliver vibrant, detailed results without cutting or weeding vinyl.

DTF transfers can be applied to many heat-compatible fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and cotton-polyester blends. Test unfamiliar or sensitive materials first.

Our custom DTF printing is priced at $0.02 per square inch. Pricing is calculated using the width and height of your selected transfer or gang sheet.

Submit a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Artwork should preferably be 300 DPI, correctly sized, and not mirrored.

Our gang sheets have a fixed width of 22 inches and are available in lengths from 12 inches up to 300 inches.

Files are generally printed as submitted. Background removal, resizing, artwork correction, or layout assistance is not automatically included and may require an additional fee.

A general starting point is 300°F for 12–15 seconds using medium-to-firm pressure, followed by a 5–10 second finishing press. Always follow the instructions included with your order.
